Refunds/ Returns

for orders processed and received, no monetary refund will be given. however, we will be happy to replace your order if you have any issues with it, or we will provide store credit for a future order.

Cancellations

the only way to receive a monetary refund for an order is if it hasn't been processed. orders cancelled within 24hrs will result in full refund. orders cancelled after 24hrs, but within 48hrs will receive half the refund. orders past 48hrs will be processed and no refund will be approved. same day orders that are process and delivered same day will not receive a refund. please refer to refund section for more details.

Catering

catering orders larger than $150 need to be placed at minimum 72hrs in advance to assure accurate processing time. if you have a catering order and need it filled quickly, please contact us via phone (865) 236-8226 and leave a message. we will respond within the hour!

Driver's Fee and Salex Tax

driver's fee is given directly to the driver. we do not keep any part of the driver's fee as this is payment for gas and mileage in return of use of the driver's vehicle.

sales tax is added at the when sale is ready to be processed. please be advised sales tax is mandatory and required by state for business and tax purposes and are only collected for such purposes.
