Refunds/ Returns
We will be happy to provide a refund or replace your order if you have any issues with it in the same day. orders that report issues after the day received may only receive store credit for a future order.

Cancellations
All orders are eligible for refund with receipt and photo proof of residing issue. we will try our best to respond quickly. for fastest response, please send an email to HereForYou@BkzBakery.com
Catering
Catering orders larger than $150 need to be placed at minimum 24hrs in advance to assure accurate processing time. if you have a catering order and need it filled quickly, please contact us via phone (865) 236-8226 and leave a message. we will respond within the hour!
Driver's Fee and Salex Tax
Driver's fee is given directly to the driver. we do not keep any part of the driver's fee as this is payment for gas and mileage in return of use of the driver's vehicle.
sales tax is added at the when sale is ready to be processed. please be advised sales tax is mandatory and required by state for business and tax purposes and are only collected for such purposes.
