"OWNER on how BKZ BAKERY LLC began":
I've had a love for cheesecake for what seems to be my entire existence. My journey for finding a way to incorporate cheesecake started shortly after I'd had my son back in 2017. While working with a fruit and flowers company I tried starting a company of my own. I slowly began experimenting with different fruits and flavors, although I was only dipping the fruit back then.
In 2018, I'd finally come up with the idea to stuff the fruit. Not only was this the most insane, heinous idea I'd come up with, but figuring out how to do it was a totally different game. I started with the apples and worked my way to the strawberries, trying very many methods over the years. I worked hard to perfect it. Once I did, I found myself with an amazing product, new to the town and even the market.
Unfortunately, hardship came when Covid hit and I was unable to continue the business, so I shut down along with other small business owners. I left the idea alone for quite some time, only fulfilling orders for close friends and relatives until 2022. That's when I decided to become more actively involved and invested. This is when I created what I would later name the Deviled Strawberries. Also working to perfect that product, we're now here, in 2026, where I have created and perfected many other products as well.
And there's so much more to come, because this is where our journey truly begins! Since 2017, we've been able to share a part of our world with all of you. If you're just joining us, that's ok!
